Area Sales Manager

This position is located in Austin, Texas.

Salaryo is recruiting an energetic Sales Area Manager to curate and grow our network of strategic partnerships across the US.

The Sales Area Manager will be responsible for growing and developing Salaryo’s existing and novel business channels, providing training and optimizing processes. You will drive the day-to-day execution to exceed the company’s business performance targets.

The Role

  • Develop current customer base
  • Drive new customer leads
  • Reach out to new business partners
  • Hold training and informational sessions

 

Skills & Experience

  • Self-starter, Independent, result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
  • Ability to build strong personal relationship
  • Native English speaker – MUST
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executive
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • 2 years of sales experience as a B2B account executive
  • Background in financial services/coworking/marketplaces- advantage
  • BA/MBA – advantage
