Customer Success Specialist

This position is located in New York, NY (OfficeWFH)

Salaryo is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to guide our customers and support them through their journey with us.

The Customer Customer Success Specialist will be the first point of contact for our members and is expected to deliver a personalized and informed support experience through deep knowledge of our platform and offerings.

The Role

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion
  • Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
  • Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines
  • Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
  • Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
  • Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques
  • Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined
  • Keep customer accounts current by updating databases


Skills & Experience

  • Native English speaker – MUST
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience – advantage
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
  • Proficient in Xls, Trello and CRM
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high volume role
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Computer skills in various software and web-based applications
